We bought my mother in law a white gold bootie that went on a white gold baby pin. When my sil had her daughter she added one to it and we still have to add one for Peyton. It's really cute. Pricey though

I just ordered one of these makeup bags for my mom from DS...I put a pic of him and her on 1 side and on the other a pic of her and her other grandson and did it in black and white.

My kids were the younger set. We gave her professional photos of a group grandchild shoot.
You would have to tell her about it, but what about booking a Picture People appointment for her & all of her grandchildren? There is a mom (I forget who) that posts the most amazing photos for Glamour Shots. She looks straight out of a magazine.
