Grandpa rocks!
So I didn't post this earlier but my dad rocks!
My parents both watch DD. Two mornings each and together one afternoon. Well, recently I have come home from work and DD has been asleep on Grandpa's days. I asked him how he got her to take a nap (I usually nurse her or lay down with her). He said he notices when she is getting tired, he puts her in the PNP, lays on the sofa across from her and closes his eyes. Within 15 minutes she is asleep. He said she will stand up and sit down over and over and then lay down and sleep.
Today Grandma had her so she wasn't sleeping when I came in. I nursed her and she fell asleep but something happened when I tried to put her in PNP and she woke up. I got really stressed but Dad came in from doing yard work and told me to try what he does. It worked If it worked today, it can work another day. Maybe sometime before she turns 2 I can get her to fall asleep in her crib without CIO.
Just wanted to share that GrandPA was the one who helped with this not GrandMA.

That's cute b/c my dad does that with my nephew. Not the same thing, but similar and it works.
