Granite counter tops
Has anyone purchased granite counter tops not from Home Depot or Lowes? Where did you purchase them from? How was the customer service? How long did it take to get them installed? I drove passed a place over the weekend in Oceanside that I wanted to check out.

we used a place in smithtown, the did the template on friday, picked the slab on Saturday and install was tuesday. The beat HD's price. we paid cash and got even more off we were originally going with HD but it would have been a three week wait from appointment to install...time is money baby!!!

my dad highly recommends Alcamo in Commack... they have a yard, fabricate, and have great pricing.
All his customers that use Alcamo have not been disappointed.. and they are willing to negotiate.
My mom just got St. Tropez gold granite for a really good price from them..

you go to the store, pick out your slab... from template to install is about a week.

We picked out a slab from European Marble and Granite on 110/109. We used E&S for our fabricators...

Thats who we used. I would totally recommend them. They did a fabulous job & we love our counter top.

Thats who we used. I would totally recommend them. They did a fabulous job & we love our counter top.
We used them as well and highly recommend them!

We used Home Depot. I don't remember how long the process was, but we're very happy with our counters
