Great cook book..
Daisy Cooks!! For those of you who love Spanish food...it's GREAT!! I am Puerto Rican and bought it just to spice up the kitchen a little from the normal stuff I make. I tried 2 recipes so far..and they both came out DELISH!!
First recipe - Puerto Rican Pot Roast, Roasted Garlic w/String Beans...OMG. It was FANTASTIC!!
Second Recipe - Ropa Vieja (Old Clothes). ANOTHER winner!!!
She has REALLY great/easy recipes!!
