i was trying to use an acorn squash i picked up, so i made quiche with marscapone, gorgonzola, and some pancetta we had in the freezer, YUM!

i used paula deen's proportions.

for the crust, i usually do phyllo dough because it's been the best way to get my quiche to taste like the ones we had @ the boulangeries in paris.

if you're looking at paula's recipe, we subbed pancetta for bacon, half and half marscapone and gorgonzola for the cheese, squash in place of the spinach.

it was amazing! i think i'll do it again as an app for christmas.
