Great Graco Customer Service
I have this diaper bag
and it started to rip so I called up Graco and they are sending me the exact same one as a replacement. What great customer service!!!!

I agree, they have great customer service. I had trouble with the wheel on my Graco Duoglider when I first got it and they authorized Babies R Us to replace it instead of going through sending it to them.
