Great house for sale on my st in Melville
It's such a pretty house. I always look at it when I take the kids for walks. Great yard for kids. I think the current owner lost his job. So sad, bc it's such a great house.

Nice house.
Not that i know the prices in that area, but it seems really low for a nice house like that.

I wish my mortgage company would just let me transfer my mortgage to that house. I LOVE it. I would kill to have that porch.

Wow great house.
Zillow is not a great site for estimate what your house is worth we just had ours done and it came in over 130,000 more then what zillow is saying.
