Great low point lunch

So I have really been digging this lately and thought I would share!

There is this sprouted grain bread called Ezekial bread. I get it in sesame from Trader Joe's but I did see it in Waldbaums in the freezer section Chat Icon It's delicious and only 1 point per slice or 2.5 points for 2!

I pair that with 2 oz of the Boar's head buffalo chicken breast (only 1pt), some mustard lettuce and tomato.

You get a nice size filling sammie for only 3.5 pts! I am having an orange with it making my total only 4.5 points for a great lunch. I like it toasted Chat Icon

Yum! I love Ezekial sprouted bread...and I make the same sandwich but sometimes I splurge and put a slice of FF cheddar!

I have eaten that but its really hard to chew!!! haha ive actually wet it to eat it, might go well with egg white french toast since you soak it....would be softer

Re: Great low point lunch

Maybe I'm different, but does your BH buffalo chicken breast have ANY buffalo taste? I was expecting a spicy taste, and I get NO FLAVOR whatsoever.

Boo.
