GREAT NEWS!
MY demo went well, and I have a mtg. with the superindendent on Tuesday! I am guessing this a good sign! What kind of questions should I be prepared for? I've never gotten this far in the process!! They also asked for references. Thank you!

like i said in my FM, the job is so close to being yours. I have never heard of people meeting with the superintendent and getting their references check unless they are gettign the job. Superintendents are extremely busy, so most of the time, candidates only seem them when they are actually getting hired. they let their principals do the interviewing.

Good luck!!! It is definitely good news, but a lot of districts send a few final candidates to the superintendent - there were three times that I was sent to the supt and didn't get the job - and two times that I did!
