Great postnatal workout DVD
Just wanted to tell you ladies about a workout I bought that is great. It is especially for postnatal Moms and it's great b/c you can do the entire workout, or do "sections" (abs, upper body, lower body, cardio). I really think it's a great workout and I got mine on Ebay for like $10.
Workout
PS - it's led by Billy Blanks daughter and has some Tae Bo moves in it, but nothing crazy...
