Great Salad to put ontop of Grilled chicken
I made grilled chicken and topped it with this..it was yummy!!
Chop up:
1 green pepper
2 med. sized tomatoes - don't add seeds..
1 cucumber (peeled)
1 small shallot
add a hand full of feta cheese
about 1 tblspn of oregano
2-3 tblspns of olive oil
about 1 tblspn of garlic salt
Mix it all up and enjoy!
