Great vege salad side dish..
My MIL makes this all of the time and I really like it with steak or chicken..
1 tomato
3-4 sticks of celery
1 green pepper
1 TBSP of oregano
2 TBSP of garlic salt
2 TBSP of EVOO
Dice all veges and add oregano, garlic salt and EVOO....mix everything together..
Make sure to taste it and add extra oregano, salt, or evoo if necessary..
Enjoy!
