Great Website
I came across this website/blog from the perspective of a Twins Dad. I actually found a lot of the suggestions helpful to me too.
I especially liked that he suggests when someone says "if I can help, please let me know" ... go find pen & paper, write down their contact info and HOW they are willing to help!
