Greek layered dip
I made this for a party recently and it was a hit! So delicious and refreshing tasting and actually except for the large amount of feta I put on top, it is a fairly healthy dip. I served with veggies and pita chips.
Bottom layer- Mix cream cheese with greek spices (I have a blend I use)
Next layer- hummus
Next layer- tzatziki sauce (I made my own, I'll include recipe)
Next layer- crumbled feta cheese
Top layer- chopped red pepper, cucumber and kalamata olives.
Basically tastes like a delicious greek salad minus the lettuce!
Tzatziki:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 2 cloves garlic, minced finely 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 cup greek yogurt, strained 1 cup sour cream 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced 1 tsp. chopped fresh dill Preparation:
Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined. Using a whisk, blend the yogurt with the sour cream. Add the olive oil mixture to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Finally, add the cucumber and chopped fresh dill. Chill for at least two hours before serving.

Re: Greek layered dip
I would totally make this -minus the feta since I don't like feta. Sounds delish!
