I've gotten Fage brand Greek yogurt (flavored and plain) and Tzatziki suace at Trader Joe's and Stew Leonard's.
I could *swear* I've seen it at Stop n Shop too.

Fage is available at most food stores...king kullen, waldbaums and stop and shop all definitely carry it

Yes, in the dairy/yogurt aisle. I've been getting it at Waldbaum's.
