green tea extract
I know that green tea during pregnancy and this may be a stupid question but what about green tea extract? I'm asking because I bought these carbonated flavored spring waters at costco that are supposed to be all natural. Then I saw they have green tea extract in them and I don't know if they are safe.

I would say its the same. I was never told not to drink green tea. I would just look at the content of the caffeine in there.
