Ok I missed half the episode last night, and it wasn't DVRed. However it repeated tonight nd can I just say that first hour had me 
Now after watching it again, those last 5 minutes. Bailey holding her baby saying we're going home, plus everything she had said to Izzy when she handed her the keys. I'm thinking something is going to happen to her as well.
and Derek says "Wait for me"
Something is definitely going to keep him and meredith apart

While I was very happy to finally see them back together, I had an eerie feeling about it too. Although, I really think if they pull something again to keep them apart, they may just lose viewers - like me. Enough is enough.
