I thought I missed something too, but then I they argued for a second about having a baby... she told him that she wanted a baby, just not with him.

It looks like in the coming attractions there is more to it ... he said in this weeks episode "NOT THIS WEEK" .....
so something must have LAST last YEAR at this time ...
The coming attractions alluded to something more ... most probably an abortion ....
