Grilled Veggies- marinating

Any good ways to make grilled veggies, like zucchini, eggplant. I mean marinting them on the girl.

Marinate the veggies in Olive Oil, Red pepper flakes, lots of crushed garlic and chopped basil. Marinate for 2 hours or so and then grill. Use a brush to brush on oil that's left over while grilling to keep them from drying out.

I marindate them in olive oil, balsamic vinegar and montreal steak (or chicken) seasoning - or just salt and pepper if you don't have montreal seasoning.

I usually marinate the veggies in the Good Seasoning Italian Dressing but made with Balsalmic Vin. Let them marinate for about 4 hours! They are my favorite in the summer!!

I usually don't marinate them. I brush them with olive oil and grill them then when they are done I put them on a platter and pour this over them:

3tbsp balsamic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove chopped
a binch of basil
a pinch of oregano.

I salt, pepper, garlic powder and drizzle extra virgin olive all over them...sometimes i'll do this the night before and it's sooo good.

I make asparagus, zucchini, eggplant, red peppers (I season these after they're cooked, though) I LOVE grilling veggies.
