I heated up a hotdog in the micriowave last night for my daughter and this morning since we have no milk for tea or coffee and no juice.....(my mom is in the hospital and havent been able to go shopping) I was gonna heat up apple cider(all we really have besides diet coke) and I opened up the microwave and it stunk like hotdog
EWEWEWEW

is there a way to make this NOT happen?

Ew I know - I hate that! Popcorn does it too. Maybe leave the microwave door open for a few hours after you clean it.

I usually leave the microwave door open for a bit after cooking something smelly, so that it has some time to air out.

But I know that there's a product out right now that CLEANS your microwave when you put it in there - its like a plastic pouch that opens up (kinda like microwave popcorn) and smells like lemons. Yum!

Once the pouch opens, you can use the moist wipe to wipe down the inside of the micro.

I love those things! I use them allllll the time - especially on the office microwave

Take a bowl of water and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon in it. Put it in the microwave for 10 minutes
