Group B Test...Anyone spot from it?

I had mine yesturday and my OB commented that all she did was touch my cervix and I bled and to expect some spotting, but how long should it last for? She said to call if it gets heavy and continues.

It's not heavy and barely pink, but it's there still, should I be concerned?

I did and if I remember correctly it lasted about a day and a half. I just remember being concerned because it lasted longer than any other spotting I had.

I would say if it's still there tomorrow, give your Dr. a call.

LOL if you spotted from the strep, you're definitley gonna spot form internal. Nothing to be alarmed about. You'll be fine. You have a sensitive cervix that's all. The baby is almost ready!!!
I go for mine next week.

I knowChat Icon I was like "oh Great" when she said I was bleeding and I saw the blood on the swab.

What are internals, cause she tried to see if she could feel her head and I thought she was just trying to see if her whole arm would fit!Chat Icon

It seems to me like you had an internal today. If your dr was trying to feel the babies head then you definitely had an internal.
For the strep they only insert and cotton swab. But for an internal they stick there fingers in there and feel around. Looks like her fingers were in there if she was checking for a head.

So did she feel her head?

You had what done yesterday? The strep test or an internal or Both?

I guess Lopes did it since the other 2 are on vacation.

I go Monday to see O Sullivan

Yup Lopes did it. He just did the strep test though, not an internal. Do you think they will start internals next week? We'll be 36 wks?

O' Sullivan will do it. she told me if you say you are crampy then she'll give you one. I told her I wanted one next time and she said ok. So I purposely made the appt with her.
It doesn't hurt to ask if you want one. If they tell you no, you'll get one the following week.
