Grr Cingular!
They call me to tell me that my bill is past due and to avoid suspending my service I have to pay, give me a break it's not even a week late. I don't even remember getting a bill from them. ANYWHO. The oh so nice person on the phone says that I can pay with a check or CC over the phone at no charge. I tell her I am going to do it right now online. Of course I go to get online to pay and I get
"We're sorry, but we are experiencing a temporary system error that prevents us from retrieving your account information. Please wait a few moments and try again. "
I guess the $100 they were supposed to get from me was to pay the tech who keeps the online account access up and running

there billing is horrible, my friend who had a problem with her account for a little while and paying , they turned her off in assumming she was not going to pay and the bill was not due for another week or so.
my account, they took money out with out even me posting a payment that pist me off, because the bounced out my account. i found out later they had me on automatic payment if nothing is recieved by the 13th they take it i took it off and evey month i make sure it in not there, they have turned it back on every month, i guess an automatic thing 
eta: yesterday i got my new phone, and the site was down then too. i wanted to change my rate plan because i have the ptt phone now

They have screwed me up lately too. I am supposed to be on scheduled billing which drafts right from my account. Instead, I get a bill that says "overdue" and that I will have a reconnection fee if they terminate y service. Get aon the ball people! Take the money out of my account like it was setup to do and you won't have this problem!
