GRRR! new york and company!
why haven't i been getting coupon e-mails from them?! i used to get like 1 a week!
i e-mailed them like 2 weeks ago and the chick said she was forwarding it to their technical group, but i haven't heard anything back.
i know i can look up coupon codes online, but theres a great NY and CO in the mall right near me, so i like the e-mail coupons i can print out and take to the store with me to save on shipping.
anybody having this same problem, or do i need to call them again?

Are you a rewards club member (you know the little card you use like you do in a supermarket)? I have one and I get emails like once a month for $25 off a $50 purchase. It's great!
ETA: I also get the postcard coupons in the mail often too. It's usually $30 off $75 or double to $60 off $150.

I get my coupons in the mail as a gold card member. My most recent is $30 off a $75 purchase and 30% entire purchase.

I still get email coupons. I signed up for the mailin glists on their website. Maybe check & make sure you didn't accidently change your preferences? Or check & make sure they aren't ending up in your spam folder.

I used to get weekly e-mails, but I haven't anymore.
It's safer that way - I don't spend nearly as much $$ then!
