GRRRR Babies R Us/Babi Italia Rant
We finally got our Babi Italia crib from Babies R Us today. Mind you, this was bought off of our registry in DECEMBER by my inlaws who kept it hostage at their house until my shower March 1st. Then, we couldn't get it to our apartment because DH has an injury and can't lift. So we finally got family help to move it into our apartment today and THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS for assembly!
The envelope that says "instructions" is empty! Good thing Ella likes sleeping in the Pack n Play

DH used to work in the furniture department of BRU (I was a Customer Service Manager), and one thing he learned while working there is that Babi Italia is one nightmare of a company to deal with when it comes to stuff like that. Since they are based in Italy, it's hard to get in touch with them.
I'd say the best course of action would be to call BRU and tell them to deal with the company. They are a pain.

I thought mine were missing also so I called the company...turns out they were in the box will the metal part the mattress sits on...check there.
