Why oh why does it take soooooo long for them to get back to you! Don't they know I have a screaming sleepy congested baby here and I need some help! I haven't slept in 3 weeks! @#$%#$%$$%!!!!!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrr!

So I called the service and the secretary said that the NP would call me back w/in 10 minuts.... Well, It's about 30 min. later _____ (insert obsenity here)
