Gucci Bag
The strap on my favorite Gucci bag is getting pretty worn...
Is there anything I could do about it?
Has anyone ever contacted Gucci about something like that?

Give the Gucci store on 5th Ave a call, they will be able to help you. my friend has taken her bag there to get repaired...

I have only dealt with the store on 5th- they have a separate entrance on the side street

for me it was free- and my bag was OLD
was anyone else charged?
I know LV has a lifetime warrenty- maybe Gucci does also?
