I think it really depends.. pretty hit or miss. I was there a while ago and saw some GREAT deals on things but then I was there two weeks ago and didn't see anything too exciting.....
ETA: The Burberry outlet there is pretty good. I got a winter coat there two years ago!!

IMO - not really worth the trip if you are looking for something specific. If you just wanna browse and see what you find, you can probably find a few good deals.
