The chart should say, "allow for variances"... my daughter had 4 teeth by the time she was 4 months old! She's 14 months and has 12 teeth now!

My son hasn't followed this guide at all! ETA: Dh also had two top and two bottom come in at ELEVEN months, BIL at FIFTEEN months. Hahaha..my mil said my bil could chew steak with his gums

Lauren is 6 months and has 1 bottom tooth. My son is 2-1/2 and has the 20 teeth he is supposed to have.

Exactly, at 8 months we still have none!
And at 13 months we only have 2! We got the first at 11 months and the 2nd a whole month later at 1 year!
