Gutter and Fence Recommendations Needed

On this rainy day I am sick of going outside with my dog waiting for her to do her business (because our yard is not fully fenced) and our gutters are overflowing so badly that water is seeping into our basement...

I keep moving the dog's kiddie pool around to collect the runoff in the bad spots and it fills in one hour!!!

So it is time for me to bite the bullet and get both taken care of (besides, the neighbor's fences that make up the other 3 sides of our yard are rotting and falling apart).

Any great roof and fence company recommendations? I am in Suffolk County.

We used Vanderbilt Fence in Sayville for our fence. They were fast and reliable and did a great job.

As for gutters, we used a recommendation from these boards:
All Island Seamless Gutters.

David is the owner and completes all work with an assistant. They installed all new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards on my house this past spring. They are very friendly, reliable, and reasonable.

Yup, we wound up using David and he was very nice, done in a flash.

For fence, we used Liberty and haven't had issues, but I did see some other complaints about their service. Something about someone buying a house with a Liberty fence and them refusing to honor the previous owner's warranty? I don't recall, but the thread is here somewhere.
