I only have one A&F sweatshirt that I borrowed (::cough:: stole ::cough::) from a friend and you bet your asss I'm giving it to a homeless shelter! Fantastic!

OK.. so let me ask.. If you spend money in the store and then give it to a homeless man how does that 'show them' ??
He may 'market' to the cool skinny ppl, but he doesn't CARE who buys his clothes, as long as they buy them right?
Now.. I think it would be cool if someone took his clothes and resewed them into some stylish fashion for XL & XXL size to prove it CAN be stylish for them as well because wasn't THAT the whole point?

I never spent a dime in their store. However, when I was a teenager my mom thought the reason I didn't want to wear abercrombie was bc I was jealous / thought we couldn't afford it. So, she went and bought me an outfit...but bc she knew I wasn't a "girly girl" she bought it from the mens section ...double fail. I also got a pair of corduroys from a thrift shop but they only fit over like half my ass. all together I have 3-4 pieces of A&F stuff. I don't wear them and will totally be donating them.

Im pretty sure the CEO does not make those sizes bc he assumes overweight women are not cool, and he only wants cool people in his clothing. I dont think he cares if it looks good or not. he is vain, to him, fat people are nog worthy of his clothing.
eta: he also stated he would rather burn his clothes that do not make it on shelves, rather than donate. that is disgusting. clearly he would rather not have a particular uncool person where his clothes. I think he would rather not even make the sale.

I really don't think the homeless people care about politics like this. They are getting clothes out of this which is something they need. I don't see how that can be a negative.
