Yeah, for me, blonde or not, you need to shave above the knee if you are planning on wearing a skirt with 90% of your legs showing -- because it is visible, in the light, and definitely in person with the naked eye. Again, one most certainly doesn't have to... but, IMO, I think she should have and if it were me I would have. And I also have blonde hair on my legs.

Blond or not why leave hair and wear a short dress. You can see the light reflecting off the hair and it looks like there is a decent about of hair.

Exactly. Like there are so many days where I'm like yeeeeah I don't feel like shaving. So those are legging or denim days LOL pant days! The days I decide to rock a skirt I make sure to not only shave but get a new blade out and everything That and when  is going to take place I make sure it's nice and smooth --- otherwise SO will think there's a freaking porcupine in the damn bed
