gym recommendations near rockville center, baldwin area
I've never stepped foot inside a gym
My job was very physical so I was always in decent shape but that all changed 9 months before july 2011 
I'm intimidated just thinking about walking in so I'd like somewhere I could feel comfortable, maybe start with some kind of class.
DD will be with me so I have to find a place where childcare is provided.

Not cheapest but Sky Athletic in RVC is great.
