Gyms in the Port Jeff area
I haven't lived out in suffolk since I was 18
does anyone go to a gym in the Port Jeff area that they could recommend? I don't think I want to spend the money on NYSC which is the only gym I know of

there is a powerhouse on belle mead in setauket
LA fitness or Ballys in Lake Grove (not very close, but if you are always traveling not too bad)
there is a gym on 25a in miller place - that might be a powerhouse too.

I recently joined NYSC port Jeff and am SO glad I did! It wasn't much more than the other gyms in the area and it's so much nicer!
There is a planet fitness in rockly point...
There is a powerhouse gym in miller place...I didnt like it so much an dit was 35 bucks for no classes included. I pay 49 for NYSC and it is awesome! They are running some specials now i think...you should go check it out!
