Hacking into e-mail accounts
A lot of people have posted recently about hacking into someone's email account. How do people go about doing this? I am concerned about the security of online accounts. Is this something that is easy to do? Are there any ways to prevent it?

Change your password frequently.
Other thing is to use a combo of letters & numbers. For example instead of using a name like EMAIL, I could use 3MA1L.
