Had a Check Up Yesterday...
Dr did an internal and said my cervix is closed but that the effacement is open slightly...
I told my friend this and she said that when her Dr told her this she went into labor the next day  but then I said, wait a minute which child was this with, lol.. it was with her 3rd child..
I am panicking...we are not ready for little  to come just yet...
Also, I have been carrying low my entire pregnancy.. when will I know if I dropped?

Hey Jola! I also carried low and I felt it when Baby G dropped. Others said they could also see the difference and noticed that I dropped as well.
