Had my first IUI today and..
laid down for 15 minutes afterwards. Came back to my office and my boss told me to lay down for another 15 minutes 
BUT THEN, it was like a non-stop day...since my interns were starting...one of those days with a lot of walking and activity...so I have # 2 tomorrow and it should be more of a relaxing, sit at my desk day 
Another thing is, the doctor said my DH's counts were only in the couple of hundred thousands  ...so who knows...

Good Luck... REST AND RELAX!!
I went thu it last summer and it was during major changes at work.. BIG mistake on my part.. i was so stressed it didnt take! So make your husband pamper you, and treat you like a queen!! NO STRESS!!!

Hopefully
My DH is a smoker  so I told him to please CUT BACK a lot today and tomorrow (and of course I asked the weeks leading up to this). So we shall see!

Part II done today...I have lots of cramping
But the count was still low...  The doctor did say he has seen success even when the count is low...so we'll see...

Stay hopeful! My DH's count was low too this past weekend for my two IUIs, but I am trying to remain positive! We're in this together!
