Had my first preggo random crying outburst in public today... Vent.
All day I've been feeling uncomfortable and anxious. I guess the day started off wrong when I woke up on my back GASPING for air. As soon as I jumped up I was okay, but I guess it just set the tone. I'm gonna have to be more diligent about using my stupid Snoogle I suppose.
I went down for lunch and the Manhattan streets are just so packed. I was overheating and freaking out and just took off my jacket and sat on a bench. All I could think was, "I WANNA GO HOME" and I kept thinking it in like a little kid voice, lol.
Then tears just streamed down my face... I called DH and he was sweet but it really only made my crying worse so I hung up quick before someone noticed. I thought about going home but the garage doesn't have my car ready til like 5:30 today, so if I went I would have to wait like half an hour while they dig it out from behind all the cars that belong to people who leave earlier...
Anyway, I came up and ran in the bathroom and pulled it together. But I still feel on the fringe you know? OMG I will feel so stupid if I cry again and someone sees- I'm gonna have to pretend like some great aunt died or something, lol.
I hope I don't have too many more hormonal outburts in the next 13 weeks!!!!

Don't feel bad, it's so totally normal for this to happen! But I am like you - I would totally have a fake story ready if anyone asked me, I hate when I am upset and people just assume it's hormones (although it usually is!  )

Aww..sorry you're having a rough day. Totally normal. I've cried b/c I couldn't get a parking spot somwhere, or b/c I kept making all red lights, etc. - sometimes a combo of thing, or nothing at all, just cause the floodgates to open.

Awww- that stinks!
I know the feeling.
Yesterday I cried because I saw my husband put a decorative scarecrow in the trash and I felt bad for him!

dont worry its normal. i remmeber being 37 weeks preggo with this huge belly, sitting on the floor at buy buy baby crying hysterically bc i couldnt find a diaper bag that i liked. that day i cried 4 times. DH thought i was nutz.

Oh don't feel too bad. I had a public outburst at the Christmas Show two weeks ago. I was fighting with DH and had gone to the show with my mom, my niece and DS. I went to the bathroom before the show, but when I went to go back to my seat the show had started and they wouldn't let anyone go to their seat until the song was over. I was so upset that I was missing DS's reaction that I started crying right there.
