Had my first prenatal yoga class last night
I loved it. I was kind of embarrassed because I didn't realize how inactive I've been and my muscles were certainly letting me know as the class went on. But that's why I'm glad I'm going, I can feel that it's definitely going to help me feel better in the long run. I highly encourage eveyrone to try it out.

where are you taking it?
The Prenatal Yoga Center on 72nd and Broadway. They have 4 locations in the city, but that one is best for me. They were great, and the teachers are doulas as well as yoga instructors so they're really knowledgable about pregnancy as a whole.

Was everyone there Really pregnant or were there some early on ladies? My midwife wants me to try it but, I feel kind of silly since I am just finishing up my frist trimester. But, I am showing a little.

I am finishing first trimester and i did prenatal yoga. Who cares if others are farther along? Its good for you to start now and you will be in much better shape than if you start when you are bigger later. Prenatal yoga is good stuff!
