had my follow-up sono tonight
Looks like this month is out. The follies barely grew at all since thursday and my dr rec'd that we nix this cycle and up the dosage of clomid next month. They did some blood work to check my levels and as long as it is consistent with my very small follicles (that I wont ovulate) I am going to start the provera again.
The only good news is I dont have to wait till AF is expected (the 14th) to start provera, which I oringinally thought. That would put me back another 2 weeks and I am happy to be able to start a new cycle asap.
Another good point--I leave for Jamaica on Sunday for our 1st anniversary and I can have as many tropical drinks on the beach as I want
This week took a toll on me as it is emotionally draining to be taking all these drugs and going to the dr every other second. I am finally getting a taste of what you girls have been going through for so long. Many to you all.
On to next month....

Jen it is an unfortunate means to an end, but stay positive. You now have a course of action and you can be proactive.As you learn more about what is happening with your body, it will feel empowering. Remember, we have to time this right for the inter-county playdates ok?????

Baby P and Baby S will def be playmates..don't you worry. I hope you are pg this month....then I drag my **hopefully** very pregnant self to the hospital to visit you

oh Jen, I am sorry!! I was so hoping that one of those follies would make it!
I have a feeling I am going to be joining you soon on the Clomid bandwagon..so far I haven't ovulated on the Met... only been getting stomachaches and spotting
I told DH I would probably have to take the provera again and he was like NOOO!! LOL he calls them the b!tch pills.

Love your positive attitude!! I always try to find to benefit of getting AF everytime she shows. Luckily you willl have a nice short cycle and move onto a productive one quickly. BTW, have fun in Jamaica!!!!!

Omg.. mine calls them "psycho" pills and he is so annoyed that I will be taking them while in jamaica...
I told him that I would take them right befoe bed so it wouldnt be so bad.

nope... I have to take provera for ten days and I wont start till probably friday or so.
