Had my growth sono today I am 38 weeks
Baby is 7 lbs. the tech said the weight could go either way 1/2 lb. Tomorrow is my week appt. and I hope I am dilated. I have GD so I am going to ask dr. if we should wait till my due date the 27th of this month b/c with the diabetes I dont want a huge baby. the tech said in these last 2 weeks the baby can get very big, 
Do you think dr will schedule me early?

at my 38 week growth sono, baby measured at 9.6 lbs. They said there is a 10% over/under rate to it. I got even bigger this week, and baby hasn't dropped. So we are doing a c-section on my due date.
I am unsure about the diabetes, and the factor that it plays in the last 2 weeks. I can't believe we are actually talking about our babies coming!

I can't believe our incubator days will almost be over. seems unreal.
My DH has 2 nieces, 2 nephews. Three of them were over 9 lbs..one was 10.13, the other was 11.12
one is his sister's kid, the other is his brother's kid.

 , wow. My belly has not grown either, I have dropped but no growth and I feel so bad for the baby I see it trying to get comfortable and its not a great feeling either, I feel my skin stretching to accomodate the moves. the first words out of the techs mouth was - oh wow this baby has no room at all and is cramped! I was like okay- bad ? good? but she couldnt go over any info but the wieght with me and told me baby is down and facing my spine- but wouldnt say if I have engaged. I will get all my answers tomorrow at 12:20 cant wait!
