Had my last observation of the year
Thank God!!!!!!! Today was my last formal observation of the year!!! It feels so great to NOT have that hanging over my head anymore... what's worse is they always come in unannounced so I never know when it's going to happen & have that anxiety every day.... but this time I found out beforehand & was ready!
Just wanted to share how relieved I am and now I feel I'll be able to enjoy the job a lot more for the next 5 weeks because I don't have to stress as much 
Do observations drive anyone else crazy like they do to me or am I the only one like that??? And do you all have unannounced formal observations too?... I think it's such a mean thing for administration to do that!!!

Congrats w/ being finished!
I really HATE observations! I get sooooooooo stressed out and nervous before, during, and after! I had a situation with one of the AP's at the beginning of the week (because of a huge misunderstanding and lack of communication) and she came in the next day saying she wants to observe me soon and that I should let her know when is good. I have a stinging feeling she is out to get me 
Whoever said May and June are laid back moths for teachers is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO wrong! I am under MORE STRESS now than before the state exams!

That is definitely exciting!
Two weeks ago I finally had my last observation as well and I have the same scenario as you . . . they do not tell me when they are coming so basically everyday I am nervous they are going to come in. Not only that but they don't come in the front door, they come in the side prep door.

Awesome feeling- congrats!
I've never felt better than having my final observation of the year this year, my tenure year. I had to do 3 a year up til this point. Next year I only have to do 1!! WOOHOO!
I don't have to worry about people just dropping by for an observation, thank God...but I still get a little nervous about my observations. I'd be much worse if I didn't know when it was happening!!
