had quilts made from my boys baby clothes (pics) FIXED
one of the girls on here (5ofclubs) recommended this place and i am sooooo happy with the quilts! i sent them 16 pieces of baby clothes (i did it for both boys) and it took a few months but they made these quilts that we can now keep forever! their names are on them too. it would have killed me to throw away or bag up this stuff and now i don't feel so bad with the other stuff i am giving away.
they even were able to put a collared shirt inside a vest and used pants too.
i had problems posting pics they are in an album on here "quilts" if u want to post them or check it out.
i did it with willow creek and sent them my clothes. it cost $86 total for 1 quilt.

Thank you so much for posting this, I am in the middle of getting rid of my 3rd kids baby clothes and decided to keep some. My DH just asked me yesterday what are you going to do with those..now I can answer him.

I just got DD's back about 2 months ago and I love it!
She does such a great work and I love the little touches she adds.

Beautiful! I would love to try to do this myself this summer.... could I ask you a couple of questions about the construction? What is the backing? What do the edges look like? Is the blanket actually quilted... are there stitches through all of the layers in a grid or "squigly" pattern?

I want to do that also, but I can not get down to a normal amount of clothes. Being that the both of them wore the same outfits at the same time I can't seem to split them to make 2 quilts, so I cna't decide wha tto do.
Your's came out really nice.
DO you think this is something you will eventually give to them when they are older or something you will keep. I wonder if I should force myself to split the clothes.
