had spotting this am and have a question question
Hello everyone, for those of you who don't know from TTC I'm a regular poster, but since I have few family members here I'm using a fake name. We started TTC last month I just got a BFP yesterday, so here I am.
Now to the question :
Early this morning I noticed tiny little bit of brownish/pinkish discharge on a toilet paper after I wiped (so sorry , I know so gross and TMI) I put a thin pad on and there was only a drop of the same discharge on there all morning. It happened each time I used the bathroom , but it stopped and haven't seen anything since around 7:30 am (I've been checking like crazy) I took a test again around 9am and it's positive with a pretty dark line still .
Has anyone experienced this? What could this be? Now I'm a bit worried bc I never experienced anything like this with my first.

I have had this on and off since I got my BFP (I am 12 weeks now). I went in for a few sonograms and so far everything is fine. If you are nervous I'd say call your doctor for reassurance but it is most likely normal. I'd like to say don't worry but I know how alarming it can be and even now when it happens to me (like it did this am) it really freaks me out.

Brown is OK, Red is something to cll the Dr about, but not always a bad thing.

ok thanks guys, was fine from 7:30 to now (2:20) and it just happened again, I was tired so I took a nap , when I woke up and used the bathroom there was nothing on a pad or anywhere else, but when I wiped there were little drop of brownish ....
I haven't been to my obgyn yet , but I will call the office, I'm sure they have an emergency # since it's a holiday weekend and there won't be anyone in.

The dr called me back , said it's normal and not to worry, but wants to see me on Tue. so we'll see.

I had the same thing and went to have a sono and blood work and all is fine. Try not to worry.
