Had to go the ER last night! And not for one of the twins!
It was for me! My Asthma is all out of wack and I just couldn't breathe last night! It was horrible, I finally broke down and went to the ER and sat there for 3 hours until I was seen! Finally, they gave me a nebulizer treatment and was so much better! I hate when it gets so hot like this! This hasn't happened in 3 years! UGH!
The good part is, I get to stay home from work today!

ughhhhhhhhhhhhh!
thank goodness u are alright...and I bet it was probably like the only break u have had...lol
the breathing is terrible and the allergies! feel better...
at least home today its not 100 just...90

The air was so bad last night. I went walking in with my neighbor and we both were really having a difficult time breathing.
