Had to share--finished the 4M Run for the Parks!
I haven't run AT ALL since October and I just ran the 4M Run for the Parks in Central Park in 37:35 minutes---so proud of myself! My friend Rachel (ThePs1023) convinced me to do it and I'm so glad she did!

Wow! I'm jealous you can do 4 miles in 38 minutes after not running since October- thats impressive! You must be some runner. Good job (to both of you!)

great job! That was my first 9+1 race 2 years ago and it is such a beautiful time of year and great race!
