Hair Clips

I want to start putting clips in Sara's hair. She has a full head of thick hair except it is still short. - what is the best clip to buy so it stays in her hair? I have velcro ones but they dont stay yet. Also where can I buy them?

You can get less expensive clips on ebay. Look for ones that have a grippie strip.

Re: Hair Clips

Try Buy Buy Baby or Walmart. I have had a lot of success at both places, and neither is too expensive for the clips. We routinely lose them (DD LOVES to yell, "bow," then pull them out and throw them. We only invest in the more expensive ones for special occasions.

Shari try the Flea market they have a booth in the back that has the alligator clips all different colors, when I first got them I bought the sticky velcro and put a lil piece in the clip so it would stay, now they are fine...

I just ordred 2 lots from an ebay vendor that are really cute and much more affordable than the no slip website was.

Re: Hair Clips

Here is another website to try. From the description it sounds like the clips are made the same as the No Slippie ones but they are much less expensive.

Re: Hair Clips

I know Emily has a lot of hair but since the beginning we've always used the ones that they sell at Tri-County. WHen you go through the back doors they are right there the first booth on your right and they are a dollar each. They've always held her hair fine. It is only now that she rips EVERYTHING out of her hair that they don't work for us anymore.
