Hair product recommendations
Since I had my baby 9 months ago...my hair has become total sh!t and I can take it no longer Please someone recommend something to help my DRY DRY DRY hair. A mask, a fancy shampoo, whatever! I'm willing to try anything at this point to get some life back in my hair!

Re: Hair product recommendations
First thing use lukewarm to cool water. The hotter rhe water the more drying. Second only use shampoo on roots to midshaft. Before using conditioner squeeze out as much water as possible then apply midshaft to ends for a few minutes rinse cool water. Please get hormones tested and perhaps using omega fatty acid supplements orally as well. A good bet from ulta is redkin allsoft line. Stay away from drugstore if possible

Kerastase has some great conditioning treatments
you could also do a coconut oil treatment, I do it once a month I put it in my hair, put my hair in a bun and sleep with it, rinse out in the morning. My super thin hair does not get greasy from it, just super soft

I started a thread on here because I purchased the travel kit a year ago, but was hesitant to use it. Based on the comments on here, I started using it and I definitely think it makes my hair stronger & thicker. I still use hair masks though to help with moisture.
