Hair skin nails vitamins
So I bought natures bounty hair skin and nails gummies w/collagen. I also take a gummy multi, extra VitD & C.
If you take hair skin and nails vit, do you cut out the Multi? The multi has b12 and folate where the HSN one does not but all other Ingredients are the same
Trying to think if I need to continue the multi.
Advice?

No my hair skin and nails vitamin is my multi.
I use the Vita fusion gummies- they have pretty much everything in it.
I do take extra supplements for immunity, migraines etc.
But in terms of a multi vit- that one is it

I still take a prenatal, full dose of hair skin and nails, vit D, b12, zinc and probiotic in addition to my medically necessary medications.
