hair style
i have long hair, when interviewing should i leave it down or have it in an up do??

Either pulled back or an in up do, because you'll look more pulled together, and won't have the urge to play with your hair if it gets in the way.

I wear my hair pulled back so it's not in my face and I am not tempted to keep pushing it away.

Same here. Plus I have very thick wavy hair so I feel like it can be distracting when it is down.
