Hairdresser tip question - if they only mix color
So I am only getting color (no blowout or cut). My hairdresser mixes the color for the girl who applies it and the same girl then washes me out. Obviously I will tip her. Do I tip my hairdresser? If so, how much? I kinda feel funny not tipping her (not sure why). Guess because I have been going to her so long. Just not getting a blowout bc I have no time.

I honestly don't think you have to. I mean she's not even touching you this time...
